This announcement is dated 26 February 2018.

The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that KPJ proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of KPJ:-

1. Proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for the Company to enable KPJ to purchase up to ten percent (10%) of its issued share capital at any point in time ("Proposed Share Buy-Back"); and

2. Proposed renewal of existing shareholders’ mandate and proposed new shareholders’ mandate for the RRPT of a revenue and/or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate").

    

   The Circular pertaining to the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of KPJ in due course.
