We refer to the announcement dated 11 December 2017 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Earlier Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Earlier Announcement. The Board of KPJ wishes to announce that the Conditions Precedent stated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) of the Proposed Disposal had been fulfilled on 27 December 2017 and the Proposed Disposal had been completed on 27 December 2017 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA following the receipt of the Purchase Price of RM13,000,000 by SgSH. Additionally, on 27 December 2017, SgSH had entered into a lease agreement with the REIT Trustee, on behalf of Al-‘Aqar, for the lease of the Property. This announcement is dated 27 December 2017.
