We refer to the announcements dated 19 August 2008, 4 September 2008, 3 February 2009, 25 February 2009 and 30 March 2009 in respect of the Proposed Disposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, a member of AmInvestment Bank Group, wishes to announce that the solicitors for the Proposed Disposals have confirmed via their letter dated 4 June 2010 that all the conditions precedent as provided under the sale and purchase agreement for the proposed disposal of KPJ Tawakal Specialist Hospital Building dated 19 August 2008 and supplemental letter 4 September 2009 have been fulfilled.
