THE PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT, PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE AND PROPOSED FREE WARRANTS ISSUE SHALL COLLECTIVELY BE REFERRED TO AS “PROPOSALS”.

Announcement Details :

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 1 October 2009 and 6 October 2009 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the said earlier announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Bank Group) wishes to announce that an application for the Proposals has been made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today.

For the purpose of the said application, the deed poll constituting the Free Warrants has been executed on 29 October 2009.
